We live in the era of development where people can easily connect with each other the moment they logon to Facebook, Twitter and other such social networking websites. However, there are times when we can’t connect to some people or tell them directly what we really want to. For an instance, even if your crush is on your Facebook, can you go to him and say that you like him? If you want to put the message into his head without being too obvious about it, try meditation for telepathy.

The first thing that you need to do is believe. Everything depends upon your belief system (yes I remember I still have to write an article explaining this concept; I am sorry I will do it as soon as I can!) and thus, you need to work on creating, replacing and developing your beliefs. The moment you believe in something, it happens. Remember the last time you wanted something desperately and you actually got it? Even if it was the tiniest miracle ever, it happened because you believed it would. While praying or wishing or manifesting your desire, you believed in getting it from the God, Goddess or the Universe that you believe in. Similarly, while getting into the process of meditation for telepathy, you need to believe that your message would reach the mind of the person you want to send it to.

So how do you start believing in something? 

By conquering your fears of your desire not taking place in reality. When you believe that something would happen in your life just the way you want it to, you do not fear. That’s exactly the time you are in your highest vibration, activating all of those Chakras that can help you transform your dream into reality. You not only believe in yourself, but also in your desire. Since you are sure of getting what you want, you are surrounded by subtle positive energies that keep you happy. The happier you are, the higher your vibration is. In order to pass a message to someone with the help of meditation for telepathy, you have to trust yourself. You need to believe that you can do it and this concept is not a myth; it exists. It is as real as your existence on the planet.

Now that you are all set to believe in what I am about to tell you, I am confident that you can do this meditation for telepathy with ease. No doubt it would take a few days for you to master it, once you are sure about what to do, you can do it in a few minutes. But to master it takes patience, time and a lot of practice. In fact, I wouldn’t say that I have mastered the art myself. I am still a beginner at this. However, there have been quite a few times when the messages have actually reached people. Also, meditation for telepathy allows you to create a wonderful bond between you and the person you connect to.

I know there are several guides and steps on how to do meditation for telepathy. After going through several articles, books and watching various videos on how to develop telepathic skills, I realized that the easiest way to connect to someone is by using your Third Eye Chakra.

Here is a step by step process for meditation for telepathy; please note that this is a self-developed process that I generally use to pass a message to someone through my mind:

I usually write this as the first step to any meditation – find a comfortable place where you would not be disturbed for 20 to 25 minutes

Make sure the room that you are in is locked and that you are in your personal space and solitude. Request the others in the family to have you undisturbed for 30 minutes. Also, do not have the fear of being disturbed. This is something that generally happened with me when I sat for meditation for telepathy. I had this constant feeling that someone might disturb my process. Thus, I started requesting my family not to disturb me when I meditate. If the feeling keeps ringing in your head, you find it difficult to focus, which is very important in this process.

Now close your eyes and start breathing effortlessly after finding a comfortable position (sit, lie down or choose your own position)

Begin with breathing normally. I know a lot of thoughts run in your head when you do this. You don’t have to try hard to make these thoughts disappear; let them come. They will leave your head once their job is done – currently their job is to disturb you and block your meditation process. Let them do it for a few moments.

Draw your attention to the vibrations in different parts of your body

Meditation is not just about imagining things happening to you; it is about feeling the Universe that you have been blessed with – your body. Begin feeling the vibrations, the energy reaching the soles of your feet. Feel every part of your body relax. In order to relax all of my tensed muscles, I start requesting each part of my body to relax and help me with my meditation for telepathy. I start with requesting the feet to relax, then the ankles, the calves, the thighs and so on. Try doing it; when your brain names every part of your body, it is easier for you to feel yourself completely relaxed.

Once you are totally relaxed, bring your attention to your breath

The more relaxed you are, the deeper your inhalation gets. At this point of time, you are bound to see scary faces or images of people or things that you fear the most. Let the images come and go. It is time for you to face your fears. Keep focusing on your breaths.

After a minimum of ten breaths, bring your focus to your Brow Chakra (The Third Eye Chakra)

Let the energy do its dance on this Chakra. It may tingle, tickle, itch or even pain a bit. Let that happen – it is all normal. Believe that your Third Eye Chakra is activated. When you go deeper into this Chakra for meditation for telepathy, you might experience various sensations. Enjoy them, instead of fearing them.

Once your Third Eye Chakra feels activated, imagine the person you want to send a message to

The best thing to do is begin the meditation for telepathy by seeing the picture of the person you want to contact. When you see the picture before closing your eyes, it becomes easier for you to imagine the individual.

Slowly, put all your focus to the Third Eye Chakra on the forehead of this person in your imagination

Just like you have your Third Eye Chakra, this person you want to send a message to has one, too. It doesn’t matter if he meditates or not. Remember – this process is about you and your power. I usually imagine a purple circle on the forehead of the person.

Connect your Third Eye Chakra with the Third Eye Chakra of the person you are imagining

Imagine a purple light emitting from your Brow Chakra. Now direct this energy or light to enter into the Brow Chakra of the person you want to send the message to. If you do it appropriately, you might enter the phase of ‘light body’ in which you feel like you are nothing but the light connecting with the other person. Once you are connected to the person you want to communicate with, you are prepared to send the message. Whatever it is that you wish to say, feed it into his Third Eye Chakra. Keep feeding it for as long as you like. The trick is to keep the message short, but repeat it at least five times. Shorter the message, easier it is for you to feed it during your meditation for telepathy process.

Now imagine the energy completely entering into his Third Eye Chakra and diminishing from your Brow Chakra:

Please note that the energy you emit during this meditation is only to pass the message; this is not a psychic attack or something that would harm or disrupt your Chakra or his Chakra in any way at all. This meditation is not dangerous at all. Let the complete energy enter into his Brow Chakra. Relax and bring your focus back to your Third Eye Chakra. Slowly, move your focus to your breaths. After a few moments, bring yourself back to your conscious self.

After this meditation for telepathy, you might feel several energies vibrating in and around your body. Enjoy the feelings and simply surrender. In the end, open your eyes with a smile and believe that your message has been sent. For quicker results, repeat the process for a few days and the message would be clearer in the mind of the person you want to contact. Once the person receives your message, expect him to come and talk to you. Check for signals – has he started looking at you? Has he started blushing when you are around?  Do you think he is giving you some sort of positive signs to start talking?
